Gridleys grub was born through a major life shift. Sprinkle a little company layoff with an inherent love of healthy, wholesome food, and an opportunity to indulge in my ‘aha’ cuisine moment. I have been a closeted gastronome my entire life and am inspired on how ingredients can be combined to summon beauty, emotion, and memories.

Being creative drives me, whether it’s art, music, or food. Reinterpreting a childhood dish, creating a new healthy treat, or creatively plating and presenting delicious food feeds my heart and excites me to continue.
